By using Wyro during this period you acknowledge that the service is experimental, that we may make incompatible changes between releases, and that you are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

By accessing or using Wyro you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use Wyro to host or generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the platform without our written consent.
• Abuse rate limits, automated provisioning, or shared infrastructure.

Wyro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You are solely responsible for your project data, including code, schemas, and any third-party credentials you connect to Wyro.

Backends you deploy through Wyro run on infrastructure we rent and are billed to us. Our upstream providers suspend our account for content hosted on it, which means one violation can remove service for every other customer. The following are therefore prohibited outright, on any plan, paid or free.

You may not use Wyro to build, deploy, or operate:

• Phishing pages, credential-harvesting endpoints, or any service designed to obtain login details, one-time codes, recovery phrases, or private keys under false pretences.
• Payment-card testing or validation (“carding”), or any collection of card numbers, CVV/CVC values or bank credentials outside a compliant payment processor.
• Cryptocurrency mining, proof-of-work computation, or workloads whose principal purpose is consuming compute.
• Unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or push messaging, open relays, or any messaging service that does not honour recipient consent and opt-out.
• Malware, ransomware, botnet command-and-control, exploit delivery, or infrastructure supporting intrusion into systems you do not own.
• Distribution of content that infringes intellectual property, or that is unlawful to host in India or in the jurisdiction where it is served.
• Child sexual abuse material, content promoting terrorism, or content prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.
• Scraping, denial-of-service, or automated interaction with third-party services in breach of their terms.
• Circumvention of plan limits, rate limits, quota metering, or per-customer resource ceilings.

Screening is not approval. We may inspect the structure of a project before compiling or deploying it, and may refuse or flag a deploy on that basis. Those checks are automated heuristics offered for our own protection. They are not a security review, not an endorsement, and no deploy that we permit should be read as a statement that it is lawful, safe, or compliant. Responsibility for what you build remains entirely yours.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately and without notice for a breach of this section, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities and to our infrastructure providers. Fees paid are not refundable on a termination for cause.

Wyro compiles the graph you draw into source code. That output is produced programmatically, in part using machine-learning systems, and is delivered to you without warranty of any kind.

• We do not warrant that generated code is correct, complete, secure, free of vulnerabilities, or fit for any particular purpose.
• We do not warrant that generated code complies with any law, standard, or certification regime applicable to you, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, or the DPDP Act, 2023.
• Generated code may resemble publicly available code. We make no representation that it is free of third-party intellectual property claims, and you are responsible for your own clearance.
• You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing generated code before running it in production or exposing it to real users or real data.

As between you and Wyro, you own the code Wyro generates for you and you are its operator. A backend you deploy is your service to its end users. Wyro is not a party to your relationship with them, is not a data controller in respect of the data they give you, and has no obligation to them.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wyro disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any data will be preserved. No service level is offered on any plan unless we have agreed one with you in a separate signed writing. During beta, features may change or be withdrawn without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wyro and its founders, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business, data, or anticipated savings, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service, in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you actually paid to Wyro in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹5,000. Where you use the service on a free plan, our aggregate liability is limited to ₹5,000.

We are not liable for loss or damage arising from: your generated or deployed code; data you or your end users place in a database; acts or omissions of third-party providers including hosting, database, payment, email, and authentication vendors; loss of data not independently backed up by you; or any suspension or termination carried out under these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wyro and its founders, employees, and suppliers from and against any claim, demand, proceeding, loss, liability, damage, fine, penalty, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with:

• your use of the service, or use by anyone using your account;
• any backend you generate, deploy, or operate, and any data processed by it;
• your breach of these terms, and in particular the Acceptable Use section;
• any claim that your content or your deployed service infringes the rights of a third party;
• any claim brought by your end users, customers, or regulators in respect of a service you built with Wyro;
• any suspension, ban, or penalty imposed on Wyro by an infrastructure provider as a result of your usage.

We will notify you of any claim to which this applies and may, at our option, assume its defence at your expense. This obligation survives termination of your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, immediately and without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, where required by law or by an infrastructure provider, or where continued service presents a risk to Wyro, to other customers, or to the public. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why.

You may stop using the service at any time and may export your projects while your account is active. On termination for cause, we may delete deployed services immediately; generated code you have already exported remains yours. Fees already paid are not refundable on a termination for cause, and any outstanding fees remain payable.

We may change these terms. Material changes are notified in the product and require acceptance before you continue to compile or deploy; your acceptance is recorded against your account with the version and the date.

We collect the minimum data needed to run the service:

• Account data — your name and email, provided via a third-party authentication service.
• Project data — the SQL schemas, canvas configurations, and compile artifacts you create inside Wyro.
• Operational logs — request and error logs needed to keep the platform healthy.

Your data is stored, authenticated, and hosted through third-party infrastructure providers that we rely on to operate the service. We do not sell user data, share it for advertising, or collect payment information during the beta.

User data is processed and stored on a third-party managed database service. Authentication tokens are issued and managed by a third-party authentication provider. Application traffic terminates on a third-party hosting and edge network.

No user data is shared with anyone beyond these third-party infrastructure providers, each of which acts as a data processor on our behalf. We access user project data only as necessary to operate, debug, and improve the service.

Wyro relies on the following categories of third-party sub-processors:

• Third-party database & storage provider — stores your project data, schemas, and compile artifacts.
• Third-party authentication provider — handles sign-in, identity, and session tokens.
• Third-party hosting & deployment provider — serves the application and terminates web traffic.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and acts only as a data processor on our behalf. Specific vendor names will be disclosed in this document once Wyro exits beta and is registered as a legal entity.

Wyro publishes architecture reports of public GitHub repositories at /scan/<owner>/<repo>. To produce one, Wyro downloads the repository’s public archive from GitHub, parses it in memory and discards the source. No source code is stored, used to train any model, or shared with third parties. The rendered report is cached for up to six hours. The directory of checked projects keeps only the repository name, framework, star count and finding counts.

Maintainers can have a repository’s report, badge and directory entry removed within 48 hours of a request. If Wyro becomes aware of a real vulnerability in a public repository, the report is withheld and the maintainers are contacted privately, for up to 90 days or until a fix ships. All Wyro source code, branding, logo, name, documentation, and design are the intellectual property of Wyro and its contributors. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or derivative works are prohibited without prior written permission.

The Wyro name, the purple starburst logo (#6C47FF), and the visual identity associated with the product are proprietary. They may not be used in marketing, packaging, derivative products, or third-party services without prior written permission from Wyro.

User-generated SQL schemas, canvas configurations, compiled artifacts, and any other data you create inside Wyro remain your property. Wyro claims no ownership over user project data.

Wyro may access this data solely for the purpose of providing the service — including running compilations, surfacing data in your dashboard, debugging issues you report, and ensuring platform health. We do not use your project data to train models, market to you, or share with any party outside the sub-processors listed above.

Wyro paid plans are monthly subscriptions. You are charged in advance for each billing period, in Indian Rupees, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Payments are processed by Razorpay; Wyro never stores your card details.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription, without contacting us and without giving a reason. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for — you keep full access to your plan until that date, and are not charged again.

Partial periods are not refunded. Because each period is paid in advance and you retain access for all of it, we do not refund unused time when you cancel mid-period. Cancelling on day 2 of a month gives you the remaining 28 days of access rather than a partial refund.

We do refund billing errors. If any of the following happens, contact us and we will refund it in full:

• You were charged more than once for the same billing period.
• You were charged after a cancellation had already taken effect.
• You were charged an amount other than the price shown when you subscribed.
• The charge was not authorised by you or by an account holder.

Please raise these within 7 days of the charge appearing on your statement so we can verify it against our records. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, and typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Failed renewals. If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay retries it for a short period. If it ultimately does not succeed, the subscription is stopped and the account returns to the free Hobby plan. Your projects, schemas and compiled artifacts are not deleted — the limits of the free plan simply apply again.

The free plan is never charged. Hobby accounts require no payment method and cannot incur a charge.

Applicable taxes are charged in addition to, or as part of, the displayed price where required by law, and are shown before you confirm payment.

Price revisions. Wyro’s pricing depends on costs we do not control — compute, database, bandwidth, model inference, and payment-processing fees, all of which move with the market. We therefore reserve the right to revise prices, plan limits, and the resources included in a plan, at our discretion, to reflect those costs.

• A revision is announced at least 30 days in advance, by email to your account address and in the product.
• A revision never applies to a billing period you have already paid for. It takes effect from your next renewal after the notice period ends.
• If you do not accept a revised price, cancel before your next renewal. Continuing to use a paid plan after the revision takes effect is acceptance of the new price.
• Prices shown in currencies other than Indian Rupees are indicative and may be restated as exchange rates move. Your subscription is billed in the currency you subscribed in.
• Introductory, promotional, beta, and early-adopter pricing is time-limited by nature and may end on notice, after which standard pricing applies.

Where a revision materially reduces what an existing paid plan includes, we will say so plainly in the notice rather than describing it only as a price change.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Before commencing proceedings, you agree to raise the dispute with us in writing and to allow thirty days for us to resolve it. Any claim must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it, to the extent that period may lawfully be agreed.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with any order form you have signed, are the entire agreement between us.

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including provider outages, network failure, acts of government, or force majeure.
